Does my data go to the cloud?
No. Data is saved in folders on your own computer (Data, Exports, Backups and Documents), with a daily backup per company. Managed cloud backup is an optional extra, quoted separately.
Can I use the software on more than one computer?
Yes. One licence key covers several authorised PCs. The first PC is priced in full and each additional PC is AED 199 for Books or AED 299 for Gold. All PCs share the same expiry date.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The licence is renewed annually from year two. Renewal depends on the number of authorised PCs at renewal, starting at AED 499 for Books and AED 799 for Gold.
Which should I choose, Books or Gold?
Choose Books for general trading, service and contracting companies. Choose Gold if you deal in bullion or jewellery and need rates, purity, fixing and hallmark records. Gold includes everything in Books.
Can you set it up for us?
Yes. Implementation packages run from AED 299 to AED 799, and complex migrations are quoted individually.
